LMX provides the hosting infrastructure, website software, IDX integration, client portal, and related technical services that power this site.

In privacy law terms, the agent (Teresa Belle Machado / Chase International Real Estate) is the data controller — the party that determines why and how your personal data is collected. LMX is the data processor — the party that processes your data on the agent's behalf to deliver the website and portal services.

LMX processes your personal data solely to deliver services to the agent. LMX does not use visitor or client data for its own marketing purposes, does not sell personal data to third parties, and does not share data with any party not bound by a confidentiality obligation.
